The Things That Stay is my debut poetry collection.
It is made from fragments of my life, but the emotions within it belong to all of us. The things we feel deeply, carry quietly, and do not always know how to say.
These poems do not try to explain life. They simply pause long enough to notice it, hold it, and give the moments that matter somewhere to stay.

Where It All Started
Long before the book.
I always felt a special connection to books and writing. I began putting my own thoughts on paper when I was around ten years old.
Back then, I did not understand what it meant or where it might lead. I only knew that something within me wanted to write.
Years later, I found my way back to writing and realised that it had never truly left me.
The kid who once stood in front of a microphone reading his words finally got to hold his dream in his hands and share it with the world.
Some dreams take longer to find their way home.
Maybe those are the ones worth keeping.

From a piece of paper

I am not trying to impress the world or be someone extraordinary.
I am simply a regular guy from a small village in Macedonia who loves words, nature, animals, good coffee, and conversations that matter.
In 2026, a lifelong dream became The Things That Stay.
Now I am writing my second poetry collection, The Paw That Painted My Heart.
